An additional charge of €15 is applied for children sleeping in their parents’ bed.
Children over 5 years with additional bed €15 per night.

Confirmatory deposit
Reservations are officially confirmed on receipt of a bank transfer or money order, equivalent to 30% of the whole stay;
Final payment will be charged at check-in.

Cancellation terms
Cancellations made until 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charges;
In case of cancellations made from 29 to 15 days until the scheduled arrival, 70% of the down payment will be kept.
In case of no-show, or cancellations made up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, the whole down payment will be kept.
